Pricing/Policy

We’ve developed several new and improved packages to assure you’re getting the best possible price. Each package will have a separate price schedule based upon the nature of your event, type of limousine, number of hours, date, time and other special requests.

Deposit: A 25-50% deposit will be required to hold all reservations. A five day grace period is given for a full refund. After this period the deposit is non-refundable.

Gratuity: It is at your discretion based on the level of service you have received.

Methods of Payment: Cash, Cheques and most major credit cards must be cashed 10 days prior to any rendering of service, where possible.

Extended Time: If your charter extends past your reserved time slot, the remaining time will be charged in hour increments. This charge will be in ratio to normal rates set for that day.

Extra Charges: Most packages are all-inclusive. If there are any extra service charges it will be shown in your contract. When using a credit card there is a 3% credit card handling fee added to the total .

Multiple Stops: All stops must be pre-arranged before the charter begins. Due to the size of the Limousines, drivers must plot out each course. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger.

Damage to Vehicles: Parties causing damage to Vehicles during a charter will leave the credit card holder directly responsible for all cost of repairs. To avoid any damages please read the following: No smoking, No feet leaning on glass holders, No standing outside sun-roof, No playing with electrical switches, or disorderly behaviour.

Max Capacity: Drivers are not authorised to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract, or they will be in violation of licensing regulations and insurance guidelines.

No alcoholic beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 18 or without the legal guardian being present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstances. Additional beverages are available upon request for an additional cost.
